How to delete your account or download your data

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data, or send you a copy of the data we hold. Every request is confirmed by email first, so nobody else can do it for you. Deletion is permanent.

Before you start

• Finish or cancel running collaborations and settle any open disputes first.
• Download anything you want to keep, such as your messages or listings.

Step-by-step

1. Open Account Deletion & Data Requests

   Go to new.hirencer.com/account-deletion.

2. Choose the request

   Use Request account deletion to delete, or Request my data to get a copy.

3. Enter your account email and confirm

   Type the email on your account, tick the confirmation box and submit.

4. Confirm from your email

   Open the email we send and click the confirmation link. The request does not start until you confirm.

5. Wait for completion

   Our team completes it within 30 days, and sooner where possible. For data copies we email a download link.

Tips and good to know

• We may keep limited records, such as invoices and tax or payment records, where the law requires.
• Messages you sent to others may stay in their records.
