Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By creating an account, accessing or using Hirencer you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What Hirencer is (and is not)
Hirencer is an online marketplace and technology platform where users can publish and find jobs, freelance projects and profiles, send proposals and messages, and set up brand and influencer collaborations with milestone-based payment tracking.
- We are an intermediary, not a party to your deals. Any job, project, engagement, collaboration or contract is solely between the users involved. QuinPin is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, agent, contractor, partner, broker, lawyer, tax adviser or guarantor of any user.
- We do not verify users or listings. We do not verify the identity, qualifications, authenticity, licences, legality, solvency or intentions of any user, company, job, project, brand, influencer, post or content. A badge, rating, “verified” label (where shown), profile or listing is not a guarantee.
- We do not hold your money. See section 8 and our Payments, Fees & Billing Policy.
- No legal, tax, financial or professional advice is given by the Platform or its content.
2. Eligibility and your responsibility for local law
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use Hirencer for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
- Hirencer is accessible from many countries. We do not assess, and make no representation, that the Platform or any feature is lawful, available or appropriate in your country. It is your responsibility to check and comply with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including employment, labour, immigration, consumer, advertising, influencer-disclosure, data-protection, tax, foreign-exchange, payments, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and export rules. If any part of the Platform is not permitted where you are, do not use it.
- You may not use the Platform if you are subject to sanctions or are on a restricted-party list, or if you are located in or ordinarily resident in a country or region where our payment providers or applicable law prohibit the services.
- One account is enough for every role (hiring, working, company or brand, freelancer, influencer). You must not create accounts to evade a suspension or restriction.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate, current information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@hirencer.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Email addresses must be verified. Accounts that remain unverified may be removed.
- You may delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts as set out in section 15.
4. Jobs, projects and freelancer profiles: verify before you act
- Listings, profiles, proposals and messages are created by users. We do not know whether they are genuine, accurate, complete, lawful or safe, and we do not check the terms offered, the pay, the employer, the freelancer or the work.
- Please verify all details yourself before you apply for, accept, fund, publish, work on or pay for any job, project or collaboration: the identity of the other party, the company, the contract, the payment terms, the legal and tax position, and local rules. Read our Safety & Scam Awareness page.
- Never pay a fee, deposit or “security amount” to obtain a job, and never share OTPs, passwords, card details or identity documents with people you have not verified. Report suspicious listings to support@hirencer.com.
- Any decision to deal with another user is made entirely at your own risk.
5. Content you post
- You own your content. You grant QuinPin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and thumbnails), distribute and promote your content on and in connection with the Platform, for as long as it is on the Platform and for a reasonable period afterwards (for example in backups).
- You confirm that you have all rights to post it, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it does not break the law or any third-party right.
- Job and project listings must describe real opportunities. Posting fake, bait-and-switch, discriminatory, pay-to-work, multi-level-marketing, adult, gambling or unlawful opportunities is prohibited. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
- We may remove or restrict content or accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, where we think it breaches these Terms, the law, or may cause harm. We have no duty to monitor content.
6. Messaging and privacy between users
Hirencer is designed so that users contact each other through on-site messages. Email addresses and phone numbers are not shown publicly. Do not use the Platform to harvest personal data, to spam, or to take conversations or payments off the Platform in order to avoid lawful fees where the other party has agreed to use the Platform.
7. Fees, packages and plans
Some features are paid (for example job or project packages, bid plans and boosts, and a platform fee on collaborations). Prices are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required. Packages and plans are digital services that start when purchased and expire as described. Our Return and Refund Policy and Payments, Fees & Billing Policy form part of these Terms. All invoices and billing are issued in the name of QuinPin LLP.
8. Payments are handled by payment gateways, not by us
- QuinPin does not hold, receive on your behalf, pool, escrow or transmit user funds in its own bank accounts. Payments made through the Platform are processed, held, settled, refunded and reversed by independent licensed payment service providers such as Razorpay and Stripe (each a “Payment Provider“), under their own terms, licences, fees, verification (KYC) requirements, settlement schedules and country restrictions.
- Hirencer shows payment status only as reported by the Payment Provider. A balance, status or milestone shown on Hirencer is an information record, not money held by us and not a legal claim against us.
- Payment Providers may delay, hold, decline, reverse or refuse transactions or payouts (for example for risk, compliance, chargebacks or incomplete KYC). We are not responsible for their decisions, delays, fees, exchange rates, outages or errors, and you must resolve provider-level issues with the provider under its terms.
- We are not a bank, payment aggregator, payment institution, money transmitter or escrow agent and do not offer such services.
9. Brand and influencer collaborations
- The collaboration feature helps a brand and an influencer record agreed terms, milestones, content links and status, and to route payment through a Payment Provider so that both sides can see payment status. It is a workflow and record-keeping tool only. See the Brand – Influencer Collaboration Terms.
- We do not verify brands or influencers, audience size, engagement, content quality, performance or compliance with advertising rules. Content checks shown on the Platform are automated or manual aids and are not a legal, quality or compliance review.
- Brands and influencers are solely responsible for their agreement, deliverables, intellectual-property rights and licences, advertising and endorsement disclosures, taxes (including any withholding), and compliance with the laws of every country involved.
- Money moves, if at all, only through the Payment Provider, and only according to what the Payment Provider confirms. A feature may be switched off, limited or unavailable in some countries or for some users at any time.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes that arise from your use of the Platform and your dealings with other users, including income tax, GST/VAT, sales tax, withholding or TDS, and reporting. We may collect or report taxes where the law requires. Nothing on the Platform is tax advice.
11. Prohibited conduct
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not: break the law; impersonate others; post false or misleading listings; harass, discriminate or threaten; infringe intellectual property; upload malware; scrape or bulk-download data; reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform; bypass security or rate limits; use the Platform for money laundering, fraud or financing of unlawful activity; or use fake reviews, followers or engagement.
12. Intellectual property
The Hirencer name, logo, design, software and content we create are owned by or licensed to QuinPin and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform as intended. Copyright complaints: see our Copyright & IP Complaints page.
13. Third-party services and links
The Platform links to or relies on third parties (for example Payment Providers, social platforms such as Instagram or YouTube, hosting, email and sign-in providers such as Google). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or actions. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that listings, users, content, payments, outcomes or earnings are genuine, lawful, safe or successful. See also our Disclaimer.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account or access, remove content, or refuse service at any time, including where we believe you have breached these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or where required by law or a Payment Provider. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including sections on content licence, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and disputes) survive termination. Termination does not cancel amounts already due or agreements between users.
16. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuinPin, its partners, designated partners, employees, agents and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunity or income, arising from or related to the Platform, other users, listings, collaborations, payments or Payment Providers, even if advised of the possibility.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to QuinPin for the service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim, and (b) INR 5,000.
- We are not liable for acts or omissions of users or third parties, for unlawful content or conduct, or for events beyond our reasonable control (including outages, Payment Provider failures, government action, or internet failures).
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow exclusion), or any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless QuinPin and its partners, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms or the law, or your dealings or disputes with any other user.
18. Disputes between users
Disputes between users must be resolved between them. We may, but are not obliged to, offer tools (for example a dispute flag on a collaboration) to pause or record a matter, and any outcome we record is administrative only; it is not a legal decision and does not bind courts or Payment Providers. We do not act as judge, arbitrator, mediator or guarantor.
19. Governing law, courts and arbitration
- These Terms and any dispute with QuinPin are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- We encourage you to contact support@hirencer.com first so we can try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
- If a dispute is not resolved, it shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended) by a sole arbitrator appointed by QuinPin from a panel in India. The seat and venue of arbitration is Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India, the language is English, and the award is final and binding.
- Subject to the above, the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim or proceeding relating to the Platform or these Terms, and you submit to that jurisdiction.
- This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or the right of a consumer to bring proceedings in their country of residence where the law of that country does not permit waiver.
20. Changes to the Platform and these Terms
We may change the Platform, features, prices and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified by email or on the Platform. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
21. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies linked in them, are the entire agreement between you and QuinPin about the Platform.
- Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a restructuring, merger or sale.
- Electronic notices. We may give notices by email, on the Platform or by posting. Notices to us must be sent to support@hirencer.com and to our address above.
- Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
