You can ask us to delete your Hirencer account and personal data, or to send you a copy of your data. We confirm every request by email first so nobody else can do it for you.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your login, profile, resume, influencer profile, saved items and messages are deleted or anonymised.
- Your public listings and reviews are removed or anonymised.
- We may keep limited data where the law requires or to protect legal claims: invoices, payment and tax records (generally up to 8 years in India), records of collaborations and disputes, and security logs. These are kept securely and used only for those purposes.
- Information other people hold (for example messages you sent them, or a collaboration agreement) may stay in their records.
- Deleting your account does not cancel paid packages without refund (see the Refund Policy), and it does not end obligations in running collaborations or disputes. Please finish or cancel them first. Payment provider records are kept by the provider under its own policy.
- Deletion is permanent. We cannot recover the account afterwards.

What happens next
- We email a confirmation link to the address you entered. The request is not valid until you click it.
- After confirmation our team reviews it and completes it within 30 days (sooner where possible). We may ask for more information to verify you.
- For data exports we email you a download link, valid for a limited time.
