Most account problems come from weak or reused passwords and phishing. A few habits keep your account and payments safe.

Step-by-step

  1. Use a strong, unique password

Use at least 12 characters, mixing letters, numbers and symbols, and a password you use nowhere else. A password manager helps.

  2. Change it if you reused it

Open Account settings and update your password. See How to edit your account settings and change your password.

  3. Use Google sign-in if you prefer

Signing in with Google lets Google’s own protections, such as two-step verification, guard your login.

  4. Watch for phishing

Hirencer will never ask for your password or one-time codes. Check that the website address is correct before you log in or pay.

  5. Log out on shared devices

Use your account menu and choose Log out.

  6. Act quickly if something looks wrong

If you did not make a change or login, reset your password and email support@hirencer.com.

Tips and good to know

  • Keep your email account secure too, because password resets go there.
  • Pay only on the gateway page that opens from Hirencer.
