The rules that keep Hirencer useful and safe for everyone. Breaking them can lead to removal of content or account suspension.
You must not
- Post fake or misleading opportunities: non-existent jobs or projects, bait-and-switch pay, fake companies, fake reviews, fake followers or engagement.
- Charge people to get work: asking applicants for registration, training, “security” or deposit fees, or running pay-to-work, pyramid, MLM, “get rich quick” or investment schemes.
- Discriminate on grounds of race, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, nationality or other protected grounds in a way the law prohibits.
- Break the law or help others do so: money laundering, fraud, illegal gambling, weapons, drugs, adult sexual services, human trafficking, forced labour, exploitation of minors, or other unlawful activity.
- Harass, threaten, defame, doxx or abuse anyone, or post hateful, violent, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful content.
- Infringe rights: post content you do not have the right to use, or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
- Misuse data: scrape, harvest or sell other users’ data, send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or contact users outside the Platform in ways they have not agreed to.
- Harm the Platform: upload malware, probe or bypass security, overload systems, reverse engineer, or use automated tools to access it without our permission.
- Impersonate any person, brand or company, or misstate your affiliation.
- Avoid fees unlawfully where the other party has agreed to transact through the Platform.
- Break advertising rules: hide paid promotions, make false product claims or ignore required disclosures in collaborations.
Reporting
Report listings, users, messages or content that break these rules to support@hirencer.com with a link and a short description.
What we may do
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse refunds for breach, share information with authorities where required by law, and take legal action. We may act without prior notice where we think it necessary to protect users, the Platform or the law.
