Projects are one-off pieces of work, such as designing a logo or building a website. Freelancers send you bids with a price and delivery time. You compare bids and talk to the people you like through on-site messages.

Before you start

  • The Company / Brand profile selected.
  • A clear description of the work, the skills needed and a budget range.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Post a Project

    Go to new.hirencer.com/post-a-project.

On mobile: Dashboard pill row: Post a Project.

On desktop: Use Tasks → Post a Project in the dashboard menu.

  2. Choose a project package

Select a package if asked and complete the payment on the gateway page. Your invoice is issued by QuinPin LLP.

  3. Describe the project

Add a clear title, the scope, deliverables, deadline and required skills.

  4. Set the budget

Choose a fixed price or an hourly rate and enter the minimum and maximum you are willing to pay.

  5. Select your company (optional)

If you have a company page, choose it. Your logo and name will link to the company page.

  6. Publish

Submit the project. Freelancers can now send you bids.

Tips and good to know

  • A precise brief gets better and cheaper bids.
  • Ask freelancers to show similar work.
  • Pay only after you agree the terms, and avoid paying outside Hirencer for people you have not checked.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I see the bids?
Open Manage Projects and the bids for your project. See How to review applications and bids and contact candidates.
Can I close a project?
