How to edit your account settings and change your password

Account settings is where you change your name, profile photo, notification choices and password. Your email address is private and never shown publicly.

Step-by-step

1. Open Account settings

   Open your account menu (your avatar) and choose Account settings, or go to new.hirencer.com/account-settings.

   On mobile: Tap your avatar at the top, then Account settings. You can also open Dashboard and tap My Profile in the menu row.

   On desktop: Click your avatar at the top right, or use My Profile in the left menu.

2. Update your details

   Change your first name, last name, photo and any other fields in the Profile Details box.

3. Save your changes

   Choose Save Changes at the bottom of the box.

4. Change your password (optional)

   In the Change Password box enter your current password, then the new one twice, and save. Use at least 8 characters and a password you use nowhere else.

Tips and good to know

• Use a clear photo or logo. Profiles with a photo get more replies.
• Need to change your login email? Contact support from your current email address.
