How to fund a collaboration and what each status means

After the influencer accepts, the brand pays the agreed amount plus the platform fee in a single payment through the gateway. Funding is confirmed only by the gateway, not by a button on Hirencer.
Step-by-step

Open the accepted collaboration
Go to Collaborations and open it. The status shows Accepted.

Choose Pay
Select the Pay button. The total you pay is shown.
On mobile: The Pay button is under What happens next, below the terms.
On desktop: The Pay button is in the What happens next box under the terms.

Complete the gateway checkout
Pay on the Razorpay or Stripe page using the methods offered.

Wait for confirmation
The gateway confirms the payment, and the collaboration changes to Funded.

Milestones become eligible
Milestones that depend on funding become eligible. Others wait for the verified post.
Tips and good to know
- Status words: Unfunded (not paid), Funding pending (waiting for the gateway), Funded, Partially paid, Paid, Refund pending, Refunded.
- If payment shows pending for long, see What to do if a payment fails, is pending or was charged twice.
- The platform fee follows the Refund Policy.

Why is the Pay button missing?
Funding may be switched off or not available for your country or account. Contact support.
