How to buy a bid plan and use bid credits and boosts

Bid plans give freelancers credits to send proposals on projects. Boosts put your proposal first in the client’s list. Plans are one-time purchases that expire after their validity period. Browsing is always free.

Before you start

• The Freelancer / Influencer profile. Bid plans are for freelancer accounts.
• A payment method supported by our payment gateways.

Step-by-step

1. Open Bid Plans

   Go to new.hirencer.com/bid-plans. Your current credits, boosts and expiry date are shown at the top.

   On mobile: Dashboard → Buy a plan link on the Bid credits card.

2. Compare plans

   Read how many bids and boosts each plan includes and how long it is valid. The Boost pack adds boosts only.

3. Choose a plan

   Select Choose plan on the one you want.

4. Go to checkout

   Check your order and billing details. The seller on your invoice is QuinPin LLP.

5. Pay securely

   Pay with the available method, for example card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay or Stripe. You enter payment details on the gateway page, never on Hirencer.

6. Use your credits

   After payment is confirmed, your credits appear. Bid on a project and tick the boost option when you want it.

Tips and good to know

• Credits from different plans are used in the order that expires first.
• Keep your invoice email. It has your order number for support.
• See the Refund Policy before buying.
