Most problems are fixed by one of these steps. Work through them from top to bottom.

Step-by-step

  1. Check your details

Make sure the email is right and Caps Lock is off. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google.

  2. Activate your account if you have not

An inactive account cannot log in. See How to activate your account or resend the activation email.

  3. Reload the page

Refresh the page. If that fails, open the page in a private or incognito window.

On mobile: Pull down to refresh, or close the tab and open Hirencer again.

On desktop: Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) for a hard refresh.

  4. Clear cache and cookies

Old files can cause odd behaviour. Clear your browser cache and cookies for hirencer.com, then log in again.

  5. Try another browser or device

Use an up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Turn off extensions that block scripts for hirencer.com.

  6. Check your connection

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or disable a VPN.

  7. Tell us what happened

If it still fails, contact support with the page link, what you tapped, any message shown and a screenshot.

Tips and good to know

  • Make sure your device date and time are correct.
