Sometimes a bank or gateway needs extra time or declines a payment. Here is what to check and how to get help.

Step-by-step

  1. Do not pay again straight away

Wait a few minutes. A pending payment may still succeed, and paying twice can create a duplicate charge.

  2. Check your bank or UPI app

See whether the money was debited. A failed payment is normally refunded by your bank automatically within a few business days.

  3. Check your Hirencer email and orders

If the payment succeeded you will receive an order confirmation email.

  4. Try again if it clearly failed

If no money left your account, try again with the same or another method.

  5. Contact support with details

If you were charged but did not receive your package, plan or collaboration status, send the payment reference, amount, date and screenshot to support@hirencer.com.

Tips and good to know

  • Make sure the card or UPI details are right and international payments are enabled on your card if needed.
  • Gateways may delay or decline a transaction for risk or bank reasons. Hirencer does not control that.
  • For collaborations, the status becomes Funded only after the gateway confirms.

Frequently asked questions

How long should a refund of a failed payment take?
Usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
I was charged twice.
Send both payment references. We refund the duplicate.
