How payments work on Hirencer (we never hold your money)
In this article
When you pay on Hirencer, the payment is made through an independent, licensed payment gateway such as Razorpay or Stripe. The gateway receives the money, settles it and handles refunds and disputes under its own rules. QuinPin LLP, which operates Hirencer, does not hold, pool or transfer user funds in its own bank accounts.
Step-by-step
-
You start a payment on Hirencer
For example, you buy a listing package or bid plan, or a brand pays for a collaboration.
-
You pay on the gateway page
You enter card, UPI, net banking or wallet details on the secure gateway page. Hirencer never sees or stores them.
-
The gateway confirms the result
The gateway tells Hirencer whether the payment succeeded, failed or is pending.
-
Hirencer shows the status
Your order or collaboration status changes only when the gateway confirms. A status on Hirencer is information, not money we hold.
-
Refunds and payouts
Approved refunds and payouts go through the gateway to the original payment method or the receiving account, in the gateway’s timelines.
Tips and good to know
- The gateway may ask for identity checks (KYC) before payouts.
- Some payment methods, currencies or countries may not be supported by the gateway.
- See the Payments, Fees & Billing Policy.
