Projects are one-off pieces of work. You can browse every project for free. To send a bid you use one bid credit from a bid plan, and you can add a boost so your bid is shown first.

Before you start

Step-by-step

  1. Open Projects

    Go to new.hirencer.com/projects.

On mobile: Tap Projects in the bottom bar.

On desktop: Click Projects in the top menu.

  2. Search and filter

Search by keyword and narrow by category, location, skills and fixed price or hourly rate.

On mobile: Use Search & filters.

  3. Read the project

Check the description, scope, budget and skills required. If the client has a company page, open it to learn more.

  4. Set your bid

In the Bid on this job box choose your price with the slider or type it, then set your delivery time in days.

On mobile: Tap Place a bid in the bar at the bottom of the project page.

On desktop: The bid box is on the right of the project.

  5. Optional: boost your bid

Tick the boost option to show your proposal at the top of the list. Boosts use a boost credit.

  6. Place the bid

Choose Place a Bid. One bid credit is used. You can see remaining credits in the box.

Tips and good to know

  • Write a short, specific proposal about the client’s project instead of a generic message.
  • Price fairly and be clear about what is included.
  • Never agree to work or payments outside Hirencer before checking the client.
