How to activate your account or resend the activation email

After you register with an email and password, your account stays inactive until you click the activation link we email you. This confirms the email is yours. The link works for 48 hours.
Step-by-step

Check your inbox
Look for an email with the subject Activate your Hirencer account. Check Spam, Junk and Promotions if you do not see it.

Click the activation link
Open the link in the email. If it is valid, you are logged in and taken to the welcome page.

Did it not arrive? Request a new link
Open new.hirencer.com/sign-in, choose the Register tab and use Resend activation email. Enter the same email you registered with.
On mobile: The resend form appears below the registration form after a failed login or an expired link.

Use the newest email only
Each new request replaces the older link, so click the link in the latest email.
Tips and good to know
- Add support@hirencer.com to your contacts so emails are not filtered.
- Mistyped your email? Register again with the correct address.
- Signing in with Google needs no activation.
Frequently asked questions
The link says it is invalid or expired.
Links expire after 48 hours or when a newer one is sent. Request a new one with Resend activation email.
Still nothing after 10 minutes?
Check the spelling of your email and your spam folder, then contact support with the email you used.
