How payments, fees, invoices and taxes work on Hirencer, and the role of payment gateways.
1. We do not hold your money
QuinPin LLP does not hold, store, pool or transfer user funds in its own bank accounts. When you pay on Hirencer, the payment is made through an independent, licensed Payment Provider such as Razorpay or Stripe. The Payment Provider receives the money, keeps it as its terms and licences permit, settles it, refunds it and handles disputes. Hirencer only displays the status the Payment Provider reports.
QuinPin is not a bank, payment aggregator, payment institution, escrow agent or money transmitter. A balance, milestone or “funded” label on Hirencer is an informational record and is not a deposit with us.
2. What you pay to us
- Job and project packages: pay to publish listings.
- Bid plans and boosts (freelancers): pay for credits to send proposals and to show a proposal first.
- Collaboration platform fee: a percentage of the agreed influencer payment, paid by the brand on top of the agreed amount. The current percentage is shown before payment and is stored on each collaboration when it is created. We may change it for new collaborations.
Hirencer is free to browse. Freelancers and job seekers do not pay to apply to jobs.
3. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise they are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes (such as GST in India) are added where required and shown at checkout or on your invoice. Your bank or the Payment Provider may charge currency-conversion or cross-border fees, which we do not control.
4. Invoices and billing entity
All invoices, receipts and billing for amounts you pay to Hirencer are issued in the name of QuinPin LLP, 303, Pati Gali, Bara Bazar, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, 243001, India. GSTIN: 09AABFQ3696D1Z3. Invoices are emailed after payment, and you can request a copy at support@hirencer.com. Please enter correct billing details; we cannot always change an invoice after it is issued.
5. Payments between users
Amounts paid to a freelancer, influencer or other user are agreed between those users. QuinPin does not set their price, is not a party to that payment, and is not responsible for it, apart from the platform fee it charges. Users are responsible for their own taxes on what they earn or pay.
6. Payouts and Payment Provider requirements
- To receive payouts, a user may need to complete the Payment Provider’s identity (KYC) and account checks. The provider decides whether, when and how a payout is made, and may be unavailable in some countries.
- Payment Providers may hold, delay, decline or reverse transactions for risk or compliance reasons. We do not control this and are not liable for it.
- Some payment methods, currencies or countries may not be supported at all.
7. Failed, pending and disputed payments
If a payment fails or is pending, the related purchase or collaboration does not start until the Payment Provider confirms success. If you were charged but not served, contact us with the payment reference. For refunds see the Return and Refund Policy.
8. Security of payments
Card, bank and wallet details are entered on the Payment Provider’s secure page and are not stored by Hirencer. Never pay anyone outside the Platform on the promise of a better price, and never share OTPs or passwords.
9. Changes
We may change prices, fees and plans for future purchases. Changes do not affect amounts already paid for a running package, plan or collaboration unless the law requires.
