Listings and users are not verified
Jobs, freelance projects, company and freelancer profiles, influencer and brand profiles, reviews and messages are posted by users. Hirencer does not verify, endorse or guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, legality, safety or legal status of any listing or user, and does not check documents, licences, claims, pay, contracts or identities. We do not confirm that an employer is real, that a job exists, that a freelancer can do the work, or that a collaboration is lawful.
We strongly advise you to verify every detail yourself before you apply for, accept, work on, fund or pay for any job, project or collaboration. See Safety & Scam Awareness.
No employment, agency or partnership
QuinPin is not the employer, recruiter or contracting party of any user, and no employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship is created between QuinPin and any user, or between users through the Platform.
No money held by us
QuinPin does not hold user money. Payments are held and settled by Payment Providers such as Razorpay and Stripe. Payment status shown on Hirencer reflects what the provider reports and is not a guarantee of payment.
Collaborations
The collaboration feature is a workflow and record-keeping aid. It is not escrow, not a bank service, not a guarantee of payment or delivery, and not a legal, tax or compliance review of any content or deal.
Global availability and your own compliance
Hirencer can be opened from anywhere in the world. We do not verify that the Platform or a feature is allowed in your country. It is your responsibility to check and follow your local laws and regulations before using any feature, and not to use the Platform where it is not permitted.

Content on Hirencer, including articles, FAQs and tips, is general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, immigration, employment or other professional advice. Get advice from a qualified professional for your situation.
Earnings and results
Examples of pay, budgets, reach, earnings or results are illustrative. We do not promise any income, hires, clients, followers or business outcome.

The Platform may contain errors, be interrupted, or change. We provide it “as is” and “as available”, subject to the Terms and to rights you cannot lose under the law.
